A graduate in econometrics, Robindro Ullah discovered the world of HR Management in the middle of 2007. He first worked for Deutsche Bahn in a variety of HR positions and then switched to a more global role with the mechanical engineering company Votiv, where he was responsible for worldwide recruitment. In over eight years of working in industry, Ullah developed award-winning solutions and concepts. In 2015, for example, he won the German prize for online communication and he has also earned the HR Excellence Award as well as the Innovator Award for personnel marketing.
Over the past few years, Robindro Ullah has written a series of books including “A practical handbook for recruiting”, “Success factor: Candidate Experience”, “Success factor: Sourcing” and most recently “Video and video-chat job applications”. Today he works as a self-employed consultant, blogger (www.hrinmind.de) and editor of the ePaper hr|tomorrow.
